Massage Therapy

When muscles are overworked, waste products can accumulate in the muscle, causing soreness, stiffness, and even muscle spasm. Does this sound familiar?

The good news is that massage therapy improves circulation, bringing fresh oxygen to body tissues, which assists in the elimination of waste products, speeds healing after injury, chronic pain, and enhances recovery from disease. In addition, massage therapy can be very relaxing, promotes general well-being, self-esteem, and boosts the circulatory and immune systems to benefit the whole body.
